Three times each year, the local council does a highway cleanup on a two-mile stretch of road on M95.  This is part of our participation in the state of Michigan’s Adopt-a-Highway program. On Sunday, October 2, council members will meet at the 12:30 PM at the M95 park and ride.  If you are able, please come and assist with this effort.  The time commitment is about two hours.  We also plan to gather at Sam Trebilcock’s house (911 Houghteling) after the cleanup for some grilling and fellowship.  And, you won’t even miss the game! – the Packers have a bye week.
